Took a screen shot of the translated recipe in the comments and will definitely try this.

Ah, didn't realise that there was a translated recipe in the comments.  I don't claim for one second to understand everything that he said (although "bismillah" came over loud and clear !) but I was able to work out what the ingredients were by watching the video and listening to the dialogue, tho' for a couple I had to rewind and listen/watch again.  I shall now go and search for the translation !
