I don't know why people buy Kenny McGovern's books. All he does is copy info from the web and Youtube. Nothing original. Still, daft people buy it.
Have to agree, never bought any of his books, most of mine are freely sourced from the web,
Regarding originallity, I find most recipes, either sourced from the web or elsewhere, are in some way remakes/tweaks from the original source. The question is, which remake/tweak you prefer to use.
