Fairly sure I have her book, but with no quantities / weights / masses apparently specified for her spices, I would be rather reluctant to commit
Have ordered her garam masala and tandoori rub. Proof is in the resultant taste to me. Price is not my concern if the taste is right
Just used Mrs Singhs tandoori rub as per her website recipe for tandoori lamb chops - 3 racks done on bbq as individual chops - 21 between 6 of us - all gulped down with ease and could have eaten same again was the overwhelming verdict. Absolutely delicious. Brilliant spice rub Mrs Singh.
Such was the popularity, I was asked to do same again 2 nights later - with 4 racks of lamb chops between 8 of us - with 8x chicken drumsticks with same rub paste as per her site recipe - but her garam massala rub sprinkled over the chicken as per her recipe suggestion to take the chicken to 'another level' - which it certainly did.
I have an order to repeat the same for my granddaughters 21st in September - for @ 20 people.
Can highly recommend Mrs Singhs spices.
From reading around it seems her stuff uses A class ingredients. I
Just ordered Mrs Singhs cookery book
