I have just received the new book by Dan Toombs but I haven't tried any of the recipes out yet, has anyone else done so and what's the verdict? There is a cookery supplement too in today's booklet of the Daily Mail.
I did the paneer and then used it to make the jalfrezi. Also made the tamarind chutney. All very good.
I made a jalfrezi, CTM and the naan bread, all turned out very good. I decided to buy the book after reading about it in the mail and I think you can't really go wrong with this.
