Indeed -

Hope you all enjoy your New Years Eve curries and lets hope that this time next year we will have all we need (and this will just become a chat group about the days when we were all looking to get the restaurant taste and smell at home)! ;)

Happy New Year to you all!

Hippy new year to all fellow curry monsters,

Wor Lass (sorry santa  :-X) bought me a grinder/sausage

maker thingy for xmas. So i'm looking forward to making

sausage like the Cragside Cracker and the Bamburgh Banger

(guess i'm from newcastle)

However now getting to the interesting bit,

I could even try to do a beef vindaloo

sausage  ::) etc etc etc spot on eh...

Curry on !

BTW I could not get the speck cheker thigy to work
whats down with it ?
