And both look superb
best, Rich
Both look great. Do you have a favourite base and which recipes did you follow or was it one of your own making?
Hi redman2121. I make jb base but I do it in a pressure cooker.
The original post is http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php/topic,13136.0.html
My pressure cooker version http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php/topic,13939.0.html
The madras recipe http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php/topic,14096.0.html
And the Korma which in the photo above omitted the masala sauce http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php/topic,14371.0.html

Look lovely as always SR :)
Thanks Garp. That was the result of my last tray of base so I will have to make some more soon.
All the best

Cheers SoberRat, I have something like a dozen base recipes in my file but yours was absent, so duly added. I realised I am very low on base so will give this a go this weekend, if time permits. The chicken madras looks good and the recipe very similar to one I made a short while ago. I'm not normally a fan of CK but I'll give this a go as well. Many thanks RM
You're welcome redman1212 (apologies for my earlier number dyslexia), I have to say I'm not a korma fan either but this one does seem to go down well with my friends and family who prefer the milder side of BIR style cooking. Please let me know what you think of the madras.
All the best
Rob
