Hi I've got a bag of each of yellow split  mung dal and washed urid dal and wondered who has any good recipes either combined or separate?

Well, Mr Huda's Chicken Dhansak recipe (http://www.spicesofindia.co.uk/acatalog/Chicken-Dhansak-Recipe.html) will take care of your yellow dal, and Veg Recipes of India's Urad Dal dosa recipe (http://www.vegrecipesofindia.com/urad-dal-dosa-recipe/) will take care of the other half :)
