My latest attempt to make tikka style chicken - this is how the restaurants make it :)

See the lovely red colour with all natural ingredients. Note. also how the marinade has penetrated the chicken, turning the white meat a golden pink/red.
Purely magical :)

Really ? I'd never have guessed (apart from the fact that the hue was over-saturated, totally unrealistic and spilled over onto the plate) !
