Just joined, into BIR cooking and dining out. I write lots of reviews via TripAdvisor and have published my own BIR recipes on another similar forum. Looking forward to joining in here also.

So steve - tell us a bit more about yourself - where are you from? How did you get into the curry world? ..... And by the way - welcome to the madhouse.

Hey ghoulie

I am in Surrey. Got into curry really around the age of 17' first dish I fell in love with was a look cheat puree and I have created an excellent recipe for it which is a staple starter when I cook! I do like heat so naga is a dish I often go for when dining out. I love garlic so like to include a good few cloves in my main dishes!
