Hi I'm Andy from the West Midlands UK

I have been trying to cook curry for many years now, until abut 12 months ago, i had failed on many occasions, in my quest to achieve the perfect Chicken Tikka Masala !
Until i stumbled literally onto a BIR website,
I have now been cooking BIR curries and they are awesome tasting,

Looking forward to sharing tips and tricks with everyone

Perhaps you could share your CTM recipe as I have yet to find a really good one ????
