Hi all, I stumbled here after following links on reddit for CA's curry base. I'm a student looking to save a bit of money and make my own takeaway style curry rather than buying it!

So far I've made CA's curry base, spiced oil and chicken tikka masala - and it's divine.

Welcome Howard, CA is no longer an active member but the forum has survived nonetheless.
