Its probably me being daft but what's the difference between KD1 and 2?

Her idea in KD2 was to get rid of the smell of KD1 that some found offensive; I think she also started on her "healthy eating" kick at this stage, substituting olive oil for rapeseed or similar. I will now wander downstairs and check ...

Later : 1989 & 2008 editions -- identical. NCS = 2009/2011 uses olive oil, pre-fries the onions, but is otherwise similar.
