Hello! I've just joined and having had a quick look around I'm really impressed with the spirit and knowledge of the forum. I have to say I went straight to the pictures and started salivating immediately.

Welcome to the forum rocktastic. There is so much information on here and plenty of advice and recipes. What kind of dish are you hoping to make?
