Title: Another newbie

Hi folks,

I stumbled across this site looking for how to make mint dip on Thursday and had jumped into making JB's curry base by Friday night. I'm hoping that I can at least partially achieve that much sought after taste at home by mining the wealth of experience that you guys have deposited on here.
 Failing that, I'm gonna drive down the road to Masdrasandy's house to try and steal his curry.

Think I read somewhere you were out near sunny Hull, I'm not too far away in pocklington.
