That's as wrong as the Fine Bros PR strategy! The mournful music seemed strangely appropriate...  :'(

Where the h@ll does the poster image come from ?  There's nothing even /vaguely/ that colour in the video recording ...  OK, it comes from Desitouch.Com.Au (http://desitouch.com.au/food/Chicken%20Dishes/c7.jpg) (and probably a few other places as well: 21food.com (http://www.21food.com/products/brit-indian-style-chicken-madras-478893.html), gurusauces.com (http://www.gurusauces.com/recipes.php?id=7&PHPSESSID=6fc3eb180f479492b163ad051adeb093), mytrinigrocery, ... I can't be bothered to go on !).

There is something about his videos which is just splendidly entertaining though. Not one to spend money on expensive video transitions, he's wisely introduced panning shots by hand - elegantly gliding the ingredients into and out of frame...

That's twice tonight I've been told off for posting it. I did post it in the 'talk about anything else but curry' board.
