Looking good, MA! Ive got a whole load of dishes lined up for the week ahead, but, as I haven't made a pathia in a while, JB's version will be one of them.

Naga, MT, definately worth having a crack at this, the beautiful hot sweet and sour flavours come through a treat. Just stick to jb's recipe and technique, nice and easy proper bir curry. :)

Looks spot on to me,could have come staight out of my local takeaway. Most of the savoury dishes are cooked using the same cooking techniques and initial ingredients by the chef,so with a tweak here and there I'm sure other dishes such as jalfrezi, garic chilli, balti etc can be done with the same success.
