Heard a lot about this place so gave it a try. Very popular, very busy and essential to book. 40 covers in a small area - so 'cosy'! Not your usual Indian - very different, deliberately. Starters very different, very tasty. Mains so so - but again upmarket. Beer expensive. Opening a bigger place in Manchester shortly for 90 covers. Well worth a visit to taste something that little bit different.

Manchester branch now open and excellent reviews already in local papers - so they are keeping up the tradition of good quality food as per Cheadle original.

Forget the Isabella St, First street Indian Tiffin Room, go to the original one in Cheadle nr Stockport.
Went to the Isabella St, First street Indian Tiffin Room restaurant last night - not a patch on its sister co in Cheadle.
