But why aKari ?  Surly aCHari, with "CH" as in "Chair" ?

Not sure about professional, but, out of the tens of videos he's posted so far, this is the first one I've watched where he's heated the pan and oil sufficiently before adding anything. So well done for that. It looks a well cooked curry.  ;)
