Moving on to tonights Chicken Bhuna - variation
A roasted Chicken breast (broken into 5 pieces)
A Tomato (quartered)
Half a Green Capsicum (sliced)
4 Green Chillis (diced)
6 Button Mushrooms (halved)
Fresh Coriander (handful chopped)
Cooked in a Bhuna Sauce, with plenty of service onions, finished with Naga oil drizzle.
and Chips of course ;D (Maris Piper)
