You're welcome mate.
I've watched others in the series and they have been quite interesting.

I watched the Royal Nawaab http://www.nawaab.com/manchester/ (http://www.nawaab.com/manchester/) on King Size Curry House on the Travel Channel - really enjoyed it.

I read in the MEN story - http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/manchester-restaurant-feature-new-documentary-9981899 (http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/manchester-restaurant-feature-new-documentary-9981899) that the programme is also going to be broadcast in the United States, so I had a quick search.

Looks like it will be on the channel fyi, Monday, 14 September at 9pm - http://www.fyi.tv/shows/big-kitchens (http://www.fyi.tv/shows/big-kitchens)

I really hated this programme. It's presented in typically American, shoutey, dumbed down style and just goes by too fast (actually that was a blessing). Wasn't anything of interest in it either. Naans made in a machine that pale in comparison to some of the ones on this forum, chef blitzing large pot of base sauce, CTM very popular...yada yada yada.
