That little beauty looks right up my street, Rich. I'll be giving your recipe a bash over the weekend! Any hints on your marinade?

Thinking it would go well with some pork loin too. :)

I used Korean Beef Galbi marinade out of a bottle with an extra tsp of pureed garlic
You could make a fresh marinade sauce Korean / Asian style

6 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp rice wine
1 medium onion grated
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 red apple grated
1 tsp minced ginger
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

To make it easier chuck all the ingredients into a blender and whiz up done

Put meat in a bag and throw all the marinade in and cover turn over after a couple of hours
