Hi folks,
What would be your favorite dishes for asit down meal ( at home)where there is to be starters, sides, mains and possibly sweets for 4 people, all adults.
1 person thinks a Korma is quite spicy
1 can do a madras
1 can take it to vindaloo standard
and me a phall although that and vindaloos would not really be on the menu as it is a share and try type celebration meal.
TIA,

I wouldn't worry too much about the heat range -- just ensure that there is a good choice. More important is, is a tandoor available ? So, I offer two selections, one with tandoor, one without.
Selection 1 (with tandoor) --
Starters : Chicken tikka, reshmi kebab, onion bhaji, prawn puree.
Main courses : Tandoori chicken, chicken Madras, mutton biryani, lamb dhansak
Side dishes : Mushroom bhaji, sag aloo, chana masala, matar paneer
Carbohydrates : Pulao rice, chapatti, aloo paratha, keema naan.
Selection 2 (w/out tandoor) --
Starters : Chicken chat, reshmi kebab, onion bhaji, prawn puree.
Main courses : Bhuna king prawn, chicken Madras, mutton biryani, lamb dhansak
Side dishes : Mushroom bhaji, sag aloo, chana masala, matar paneer
Carbohydrates : Pulao rice, chapatti, aloo paratha, keema naan.
Many many other possibilities, of course.
