fancied veggie tonight so used a BIR dopiaza recipe and made it with roasted paprika potato and mushroom.  bloomin lovely :)

i really like to add potatoes to my curries :) even if they are meat dishes :)

That looks good bhuna and I agree with Kattis i also often add potatoes to meat curries.
