My trusty Naan pan.
Got inspired by Madras-Andy's Naan today http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php/topic,14000.0.htmlso (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php/topic,14000.0.htmlso) I had to knock up a bulk load for the freezer, garlic, coriander and chilli is such a perfect combo.
Added a photo of my trusted Naan pan, it's just a standard non stick Naan pan sanded down and seasoned.
Total time to make dough rest it and cook the Naan was 3 hours.

Looking very tasty, LC. Haven't made naans in a while, but your pics (and MA's earlier post) are driving me to the tawa.

Lovely looking Naans LC, think I may be cooking one later for my dinner. Have a little left over curry from Friday to make into a naan wrap :)

What naan recipe are you using LC?

Hi ZiggyCat the most popular recipe out there is Happy Chris Naan's, it's a great place to start and you can always tweak it if your not a happy Naan ;D he deserves full credit as he got as close as any to restaurant style Naan bread.
