Hi folks.

I've loved and eaten curries for probably 30 years or more but only in the last 8 years or so have I made my own.
I'm getting quite a dab hand at it but I now need inspiration and where better than here to get that inspiration.
I like phals at one end but also the korma type at the other end but my needs at the moment are the ones in the middle ground that range from hot to hotter, lol.
I live in the North east and I was going to use the handle of Chimpchoker but had mega problems registering so I changed to Big Al ;)

I look forward to being a good contributor to the forum.
