Title: Newbie Brinjal Bhaji Hunter

Good afternoon all

New to the site, discovered whilst trying to track down a decent brinjal bhaji recipe.  I am currently trawling the site for CurryHells's recipe but seem to be out of luck.  If anyone has a recipe they would be kind enough to signpost me to, I would be very grateful!
