Hi everyone the names Kev and I've just come across this site from a link on another forum and must say what a cracking site!

Been a curry head for decades and love making my own and will be definitely trying some of the recipes on the site. Gonna try making Darth's base gravy tonight time permitting!

Welcome Kev, to the curry madhouse.  Don't forget to give us feedback and your own contributions.  BTW when you make the mad Darth's stuff turn the lights out (you will see it all glowing so plenty of light there 8)) and keep your light sabre near to you at all times.  ::)
