I don't think that's a problem...... I have a problem because I haven't got all those chillies .. :o

Love it Andy,  ;D   8) how are you going to store the fresh chillies? Dry or freeze?

Fresh chillies are actually frozen, they will be blitzed then made into pickle, very hot naga pickle, which also includes hotter chillies  ;D
