I have been making my own Curries for years now although more Chinese than Indian.
Bought a good many spices few months ago to go with my new kitchen and spice rack which my husband built for me and then made my own Chicken Tikka Masala just by using my taste buds.

I also make a lovely African sweet and hot Beef Curry.
I would like to get the hang of Indian cooking and the recipes as all the family loved the Masala I made.
Looking to make a nice creamy Korma as my next challenge.

The photo was just a Christmas setting evening meal, not made by me from a takeaway. I do however have another of my first ever Chicken Tikka Masala
