Hi, that looks pretty straight forward and very similar to the "Staff Curry" you'll see mentioned here only the staff curry uses chicken on the bone and a little more process in the cook.  Still it looks like a nice dish and easy too.

This woman used to be on TV, (Good Food Live) some years back,
