Hi everyone, recently joined although i have been a member of bircurries for quite a while.

I am fairly new to BIR but seems to be going pretty well so far, everything i have made i would happily eat in any Indian Restaurant and id like to think i am pretty picky.

Have to say ive already seen some great recipes and ideas on the site so really excited about trying these although i cant seem to find many vegetarian recipes but im sure there lurking somewhere.

I did notice a few of you guys are from stoke on trent which is my hometown so any tips and good places to eat or anything BIR would be great

Welcome Jason. You'll find something to keep you happy here I think. Can't help you with Trent as I'm upside down.
