Hello Everyone!
I made my first BIR style curry last Sunday thanks to this awesome website.
I followed the instructions for UB's Chicken Pathia (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php/topic,2526.0.html (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php/topic,2526.0.html)) and end result was fantastic! ;D

Hi livo, thanks for your response.
If I use alternative ingredients (mainly due to not having the recipe's required ingredient), is that worth sharing? I ran out of ginger, so used a bit of ginger rapeseed (form Yorkshire rapeseed) instead. The results were great, but I have nothing to compare it to!
I'm looking forward to learning, trying and sharing new things! :)
If it works, it's fine. You may find something special that way.
