Title: MA's Ultimate Madras

Gave Andy's Madras recipe a go this evening with a few minor adjustments, less chilli powder and ainseed seeds instead of star anise. Must say I really enjoyed it, nice one Andy.

Always good when you make a new recipe and it hits the spot first time!

I haven't tried MA's Madras yet, but I certainly will. Too many good recipes and so little time! :)
