Last nights supper,
Garlic Chilli Chicken Tikka
Slight differences make a dish. :D
Instead of my usual service onions I made a mix up of onion, garlic and green chilli.
3 slack handfuls, ;D, just cooked, leaving a slight crunch/bite.
Extra slit whole chills went in midway on the cook.
Combined with a Mushroom Pilau, cooked in my new London Wok (whoopdeedo!)
a mixed Riata salad and toasted poppadoms.

Great looking dish Chewy, I find adding the chillies half way through gives a fantastic fresh bite to them. 8)
Thanks for the comments ;D
The London Woks are just the carbon steel ones used in catering, restaurants, TAs etc
I own a couple of carbon steal pans Chewy, mainly for rice and Chinese but I'm with you on that one, they beat the shit out of the nonstick. Oops sorry George!
