Good looking video, like the music and great to see a working kitchen!
Interesting to see the undulated base used! Lots of colouring in the masala sauce to achieve the desired red in the dish.

I also notice that they are knocking the takeaway curries out on just a normal commercial 6 burner cooker. Not that much hotter than your domestic cooker.
