I've just cooked and eaten this,I used jaggery goor instead of Demerara sugar. The Cauliflower was cooked before the potatoes which resulted in the Cauliflower dropping but that's easy to solve next time! We really enjoyed this the taste was top notch, will do this one again.
Ps I've eaten some of it before I remembered to take the photos.

Yes the wife enjoyed it ,made a nice change to have a veggie curry not to heavy to eat.

Still totally bemused as to why this is described as "Eva Knagg" style, as I was when it was first posted.  Any insights, anyone ?

Well if you watched the video you would find out that he got the recipe from an Indian lady called Eva Knagg.

Ah.  I did watch the video, but with the sound off.  To be honest, that's how I
watch most videos.  Odd name for an Indian lady, though ...
