Some nice curry porn to distract everyone from the arguing and thread derailing :)
Made a lovely curry last night adapted from Chewy's Bhuna recipe and a Jalfrezi recipe I had in my note books, have to say it was bloody delicious, full of flavour with just a nice madras heat.

Looks lovely! We are lucky to have so many talented curry cooks on this forum who regularly demonstrate their expertise and show us exactly what they are capable of. That dish wouldn't be out of place in a good restaurant. :)

I have no experience of tablet thingies (hate them with a vengeance) but use Picasa for all my everyday photographic work, resorting to Adobe Photoshop and the Canon raw packages only for the most demanding work. If you use a PC, I would strongly recommend installing Picasa (free, from Google) and exploring the "Share" and "Export" functions, both of which allow re-sizing (the former to a small set of fixed sizes, the latter to any size, of which I recommend 720px for CR0). Explore also the "I'm feeling lucky" feature, which will pull detail out of all but the very worst images.
