Title: Chilli-Heads Look Away Now!

Mrs G wanted a wee Korma tonight, and there's nothing wrong with that. Quite enjoyed it myself, for a little change :)

Very enjoyable. Got some chicken in Mickdabass marinade in the fridge. Next up is Chewy's Red Masala paste for use in CH's NIS.

A wee bit of what you fancy never did anybody any harm, even if it is a korma  :o   ;D I'll stick to admiring it from a distance though  ;)

Haven't done it for a while but I do quite like a pimped up Korma - some cashews and flaked almonds, some green pepper chunks, pre-cooked and thrown in at the end so they are not drowned in the sauce, and some sliced chillies, all decorated with a wee splash of cream on the top. Good to see the Korma getting an airing Garp.

Looks fantastic.  Korma's don't have to be mild.  I've had korma in India  and they've been very spicy similar to vindaloo heat.  Mind you it didn't look anything like the Kormas here, this was dark brown in colour.

Same here SL the other half is getting more into the hot stuff  ;D now and i use a good tsp on naga chilli to pimp it up a bit, also use green, red peppers, onions, green and red chilli, the frozen blocks.

That does look good Garp.

That's because BIR kormas aren't kormas in anything but name.

I dont like bir kormas Garp but that does look veeery goood. Would deffo pimp it up tho
