Balti is one portion.
Oil, just over a chefs spoon.
Garlic, three cloves.
Green peppers, quarter of a pepper.
Onion, one small.
Fresh Green Chili, three i like it hot.
Fresh chopped tomatoes, just over a chefs spoon or blended toms.
Mix powder, tea spoon.
Tandoor Masala, two tea spoon.
Salt, to taste.
Fenugreek, good pinch.
Coriander Fresh, to taste.
Tamarind, tea spoon.
Mango pur
