Served with traditional Indian chips :D

Must the time of year MA :) this looks fantastic and I'm in no doubt I would fully approve of the heat.

If I see one more curry with bl@@dy chips, I shall throw up. Curries go with rice, chapati, naan, roti, puree, whatever, but not with chips; chips go with fish, steak, even a steak-and-kidney pie, but not with curries. How long before somebody posts a picture of a spaghetti Delhinese ?!

It was really hot LC, those satan strain morugas are very very hot, the curry beat me just past half way, really enjoying it , then wham it hit me , the heat was amazing and gave a big endorphin rush. Certainly cleared my cold and sore throat.

MA your posts are consistently inspiring to look at but that heat would be way too much for me. Great looking curry nonetheless.
As for the chips I'm with Phil on that one!

Looks nice and would probably buckle me but I would have to have a go. :)
And that chopping board should only be used for raw meat ::)

Lol its never seen raw meat in its life.
Friday curry club is all about curry, no rice in so chips it was, and delicious they were too covered in curry.
The heat of the curries can easily be scaled down by using a dried Kashmiri chilli in place of the Moruga ;)
