Sounds intriguing, Phil. Frying onions until golden brown gives a lovely flavour to a traditional dish, as I'm sure you well know, and if you fry them gently enough, they are very soft and caramelised before burning.

I look forward to seeing pics of your goat exploits. Wish I could get a hold of some - maybe I should join the Masons :)
