Hi All.
First I gotta say. What a great site.
Ex Londoner now a Basildon Boy.

And since moving I`ve been trying to find that consistant curry flavour.
All my local curry house`s will cook you a Madras that will taste different. Even at my favorite curry house. The Madras is never the same.
So after years of talking about it, its time to get cooking.
And as the Mrs brought me a Masala Dabba for Xmas theres no excuses now.

So any pointers will be greatfully received.
