Just noticed this one, Geezah. They look delicious - maybe crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.

I would need a little sauce though, for my tastes. Scotty's Cantonese might go down well with those little beauties and moisten up the noodles :)

Fresh out the oven they are nice and moist, but I often leave a bowl of them in the fridge to snack on cold and they are a little dry then, but I dip them in sweet chilli sauce :)
