When I saw Chewytikka's Jal Jal Murgh (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php/topic,13410.msg112934.html#msg112934), it looked like a top-quality curry and I knew I wanted some.
I wouldn't say my effort would win any beauty contests compared to Chewy's presentation, but it certainly tasted good!
If I were writing a menu description of the dish, it would probably go something like this:
Jal Jal Murgh: Tender pieces of succulent marinated chicken breast poached in exotic spices, served Madras-style in our chef's special hot sauce with tomatoes, peppers, garlic and fresh chillies. Finished with a generous serving of Naga Oil and garnished with fresh coriander. Not one for the faint-hearted!

I made a double portion, so there's something in the freezer to look forward to another day! :)
