Look forward to every weekend for curry cooking, this Friday making a curry using a jigsaw x tmsb chilli !

Very very hot chilli  but a lovely slow building long burn, should work well in a curry

I do love a well cooked jalfrezi, soft peppers but with still a bit of 'bite' in them, did you eat them both?  ;)
