Hi - I'm a new stu-this site looks awesome.
I see its all for indian based recipes which is good- is there also an asian version anywhere-or whats the best alternative I do like to mix up my curries.
I see images of some fantastic naans-they have got to be the hardest to cook.
and as a way of introduction I'm planning my chille crop for next year-any favourites apart from the usual scots bonnet and cayenne?? if your lucky I can even post you some when they're ready.
