Cheers gents
I like the way it was just 'a mess about in the kitchen'- god help the BIR business if you actually started putting some thought into it eh!!! ;) :D
Very nice, as always, Andy.
Not only are you producing great curries, I do believe you may be taking over from Bengali Bob as the best curry photographer :)

Not allowed to have curry without naan now, according to Mrs Ma, they are fantastic tasting. I am really pleased with all my Indian cooking lately, definitely still room for improvement, but I do love everything I make , and its all learnt from on here :)

Your food is ticking all the boxes MA and it goes to show, despite that unfortunate recent thread, that when it's all about the cooking, then this site really does deliver.

Spot on observation, guys. There are people on this forum cooking excellent curries, and posting new and experimental recipes, along with discussion about the bases and basics.
I think your quest is over MA, you can cook for me any day.
Friday curry club is an open invitation to anybody ;)
MA That's fantastic looking food. Wish I could take photos like that. I'm sure it tasted as good as it looks.
rs, photos are pretty much the same as curries, practice, practice practice ;) I just take them on my iphone4, go quite close up, keep it still and they mostly come out ok, it was fantastic tasting, not quite as hot as I prefer but perfect for the wife .
How are you rs ?, haven't seen you much on here as of late
MA... I'm mainly active on the 'other' side... Some may call it dark, some may call it light. I do like to see what's going on on CRO, and also I'm friends with JerryM. Infact, recently met with him, British Indian (Aussie Mick), and Alchemist for a very decent curry, and very good company.
Personally, I don't like to see all the animosity between sites/members. Shared learning of curry cooking is the most important thing for me, and I've gained a lot from both our sites. I don't have time for any pettiness.
I tend to mainly post on one site rather than this one, but I don't feel constrained to do so. It's just a sad aspect of human nature for people to become 'tribal', belligerent, and polarise against each other. Perception is a dangerous thing. I think if we all met each other for a massive curry and piss up session, we'd all get on.
Anyway, just my two pence worth from no mans land.

Good stuff mate, would be great to have a mass alcohol and curry session, prob end up in a brawl though, by the way George has noted your language ;D
