Title: Chilli Sauce Recipe
Post by: Madrasandy on November 01, 2014, 09:03 AM
Does anybody have a recipe for a chilli sauce? I have a lot of super hots, nagas, scorpions and reapers etc that I want to preserve in sauce form.  :)
I have done a little internet research but a recipe that someone has made and recommends from Cro would be most appreciated .

I will ask my wife to ask her cousin in Hoi-An.  They make chilli sauce on a medium scale as a part of the family business.

Why not use the viceroy brasserie recipe. Have s look at the thread.  I wouldn't be without a large jar of it in my fridge.  With the peppers you have will be like molten lava heat.  YUM  :P

Any use? It can be up-scaled for sure.

Sweet Chilli Sauce

Ingredients:

2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 large garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
2 red chillies, roughly chopped, (deseeded if you wish less heat)
