Looks very nice Andy. I could quite happily eat that now for sunday breakfast. My curry craving hormones are going mental at the minute.
So could I Gav, my stomach recovered after eating it last night , and all I crave now is curry :)
I can never get naan breads to look that good, how did you cook them and which recipe did you use, cheers.

What Jalfrezi recipe did you use? I'm making one tomorrow as part of my prep for the arrival of family next weekend. Razor's looks pretty good, unless anyone has other suggestions.
Marvellous

What Jalfrezi recipe did you use?
Hi fried, one of my own variations , similar to the ones already posted on the forum
Cheers MA, I thought you might have an Ultimate version worked out ;). I'll do my usual mix 'n'match then. Lovely looking photo.
Excellent looking fare there MA!
Haha sorry fried no ultimate jalfrezi, it would upset some of the locals ! ;)
Cheers folks for the positive comments
Making me sweat looking at this freast Andy, well done.
MA, you've been asked which naan, and which Jalfrezi, so I'll finish it up and ask which rice recipe? Looks really good.

...... and ask which rice recipe? Looks really good.
I use the rice recipe from Kris Dillon's first book Livo, but have adapted it slightly over the years
Thanks MA.
