Title: How do you make the perfect Punjabi Massala please?
Post by: goan lobster on September 23, 2014, 06:14 PM
It's always been a favourite of mine and now my 5 year old son has fallen in love with it and can consume an entire adult portion  :o...(and here was me thinking I could steal a bit of his!!!  ::)

Can someone tell me what base would I need firstly and then what steps to take from there?

Many thanks!!!

Well I don't know if this is the perfect Punjabi Masala but my take on it is pretty close to the ones I've tasted locally (North East Scotland) and there are a few people on the forum who like it.
